The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) was established by the gazetting of the Vocational Education and Training Act, Act 1 of 2008, in June, and is responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Namibia primarily by ensuring that VET programmes and services meet the current and emerging needs of industry, business and the broader community.

 

ALL CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO:

  • Have Namibian citizenship or proof of Permanent Residence
  • Have a relevant qualification and can demonstrate that he/she has developed the necessary competencies through experience
  • Be fully proficient in written and spoken English
  • Be proficient in Microsoft office programmes
  • Be team players who enjoy working in a team of dedicated professionals
  • Have good interpersonal skills (e.g. customer service, dependability) and work values (e.g.  responsibility, honesty and integrity)
