Registration of Assessment Practitioners

In line with the provisions of Government Notice 8221: Regulations Relating to Assessment and Certification of Namibia Qualifications Framework Awards within Vocational Education and Training System of Namibia: Vocational Education and Training Act, 2008, the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) invites suitably qualified candidates to register as Assessment Practitioners.

Assessment Practitioners – which include assessors, moderators and assessment instrument designers – support the NTA in the execution of national assessments for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, and other related functions.

Registration criteria are detailed in the ‘Assessment Practitioners Application Form’, which can be accessed via the following hyperlink: Assessor, Moderator and Assessment Designer Registration – Application Form

Individuals who served as assessment practitioners in the past, as well as those who have applied previously, need to resubmit applications.

Completed forms, accompanied by certified copies of supporting documents and proof of payment of the application fee of NAD 150.00 (one-hundred and fifty Namibia Dollars) must be hand-delivered at, or couriered to, the Namibia Training Authority’s Assessment and Certification Office located in Andrew Kloppers Street, Khomasdal, Windhoek.

No emailed applications will be considered.
